Welcome to Baley! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Baley website (the "Site") and the Baley automated reporting service (the "Service"), operated by Independent Contractor / Self-Employed Entrepreneur: OTANAZAROV JALOLBEK ("we," "us," or "our").

By signing up for an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Service.

1. Description of Service

Baley is an AI-powered analytics tool that provides users with periodic insights and reports regarding their Instagram performance. These reports are delivered directly to the user via automated WhatsApp messages. Baley utilizes the Meta Graph API and third-party large language models (LLMs) to securely retrieve and analyze engagement data from authorized accounts.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using Baley, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration & Security

To use the Service, you must register for an account using a valid email address via our "Magic Link" authentication system. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your session and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal purpose, attempt to interfere with system integrity, or circumvent any security features. You also agree not to use Baley to process or store sensitive personal health information, financial secrets, or any data that violates local laws.

6. Data Deletion & Account Termination

• Voluntary Deletion: You may permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time by clicking the "Delete my account" button in your settings. This action is irreversible and wipes all records immediately.
• Automated Deletion: If you deauthorize Baley through your Instagram App settings, we will automatically deactivate your account and cease all data processing.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its reporting format, brand aesthetics, and code, is the exclusive property of OTANAZAROV JALOLBEK. You are granted a limited license to use the Service for your personal or business analytics.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
